Refunds & Exchanges
We do not offer refunds. But we do offer exchanges on a case by case basis.
You may pickup your order locally, but only by appointment. Otherwise, your order will be shipped to you via USPS.
In general, you should receive a tracking number within 4-6 days after your purchase. Order delivery usually takes 2-3 business days depending on the state it's delivered to.
